"Heritage Style" handlebar on RKC - An Oberservation
#91
There are three different styles; the Heritage Softail bars; the Roadking Chrome Handlebars (2010 parts book); and the Heritage Style bar. You can see the angle difference in all three bars. Dealers generally have them in stock so you can compare. The Wild One 518's are a good aftermarket brand and seem to have a good angle as well.
Compare the dimensions to the stock version. I am looking for more pull back with a little rise to help reduce back and shoulder tress on long rides. The owner of a local HD shop uses a 12" handlebar and that was comfortable as well.

I think the heritage bars are the best touring bars. Had wild1 10" apes and didnt like the fact they were to wide and gave me a pain in between my shoulders. The heritage bars i have had no problems and i have put 20k miles on my bike with them. Just wish they would make them 1.25 or 1.50

I'm 5'9" and would like to lean back on my backrest. My options are Wild 517, HD Chrome High, Heritage Stile, Wild Baby Ape and Wild 10" Mini Ape.
I'm getting crazy!
