I mounted a Mustang solo seat today (courtesy of Whiskers, who did me some big favors in getting it to me). I looked around to find the best solution for a really ugly exposed rear fender (i.e. price verses getting the job done) and found the fender bib works out really well. No problems going back to the stock seat, just unbolt the solo, refit the support bracket for the stock seat (3 bolts and less than a couple of minutes) and then fit the stock seat again. If you get rid of the belt on the stock seat it's just one screw to do this. I love the versatility and ease with which this can be done.

piece of cake. try to remove your current 2-up seat and you'll see the screws you need to remove for the swap. BTW, I bought a used 2-up seat from an FLHR and use the driver piece when I go solo.

Did you have to remove the fender to have this done? If you don't mind my asking, how much does something like this cost?
Thanks
