Returned a set of gloves that were too small, no issues. I think they may have charged me $5 fir shipping.

I have a vest from them and quality is better than Harley gear. They do seem to run a little small.

Suggest putting on a pull over hoody sweater before measuring for a fox creek leather jacket. I did and real happy with the fit. BTW, quality is outstanding with my bomber jacket.

I'm very happy with the jacket but was not happy with their sizing. They had to send me 4 jackets before I had one that fit me properly. I had to send the other jackets back. The cost was about $13 per jacket via UPS. When I ordered I told them my size and the size of jackets I currently own. None the less it took 4 tries before I had one that fit. I would have saved quite a bit in return shipping if they just told me to get a jacket a couple of sizes bigger when I initially ordered.

I've ordered a bunch of stuff from them and their products and customer service are top notch. When I was buying my jackets and vest from them I had multiples of each and they always sent me pre-paid shipping labels to send the other stuff back with.

How long ago was that? I bought my jacket about 6 months ago. They didn't send me pre-paid shipping labels. In fact the woman on the phone told me I was responsible for return shipping.

I had a similar problem with Fox Creek. While a great product I to go through two jackets trying to find one that fit based on their sizing guide. I finally gave up and bought a HD jacket off the rack that fit great!

Fox Creek gave me no problems at all with the returns but I was out the shipping cost.

Just for everyone's information. I recently communicated with the fine folks over at Fox Creek and they replied that:

"We have worked on our sizing chart over the last few months and hope that we have it straightened out! Thanks for you input!"

So hopefully the sizing issue will get better as we move forward. I know one thing and that is I am dam* glad that my heavy leather jacket and my great looking buffalo nickel vest BOTH say "Made in the USA" Sizing issues aside, Fox Creek is the place I shop (and will continue to do so) as I need leathers.

2 years ago for the jackets and last year for the vest. Maybe they've changed their policy.
