I ordered a Bub 7 2 into 1 for my RG and had it within a week. Got a great deal from AMC, shipped to my door for 525! Big thumbs up for a great price and excellent customer service!

 

Your one of the lucky ones....They are good if you get what you want the first time around...Try and return something and see how they treat you.....Did you check out Eastern Performance for their pricing??

 

ACM is hit and miss. Somtimes great service, sometimes not. I try not to give them my business unless they have something at a price much cheaper than another person, and I don't mind waiting a couple of weeks for it.

 

Funny, I've never had a problem with ACM. Always timely shipping and never any static when returning things, although, that part is slower.

 

Several threads on the subject. Enough folks have had problems to make me steer clear.

 

I had great service from ACM as well. But when I am buying something via internet I always expect a longer delivery time too. If times is of the essence I will call and ask how long until it ships or if it is stock.

 

Dealt with them a few times. Never had a problem. Of course they are close enough that I can take care of it in person if need be. Been to their shop twice before to pick up parts.

 

A few weeks ago I tried to order a front fender from Klock Werks, however it was on backorder. I found the same fender at ACM for $25 less and free shipping and I recieved the fender within a week. I'll give ACM my business again.

 

I did...I've ordered from Eastern before. They quoted me a price about 3 wks ago. When I went to order "those" were no longer available and only the higher priced ones. They were 125 higher than what I paid. I have had good luck with both though.
