Default Screaming Eagle pipe mods

I have a set of Screaming Eagle Pro-Pipes #65115-98B, and was wondering if anyone has modified these things? I just put on some true-dual head pipes, now the bike sounds like crap. I don't have any popping issues, but since these are race/straight through pipes, the back pressure and torque is gone. It now sounds like a honda civic with a 5" exhaust. I took the end caps off and it appears the baffles would slide right out, but they only budge an inch or so. My question is, can I pull the baffles out if I try hard enough, and can I repack'em? I asked bobvic from B&E to mod'em, but he doesn't do SE's. Any help will be appreciated.
