HHI vs. Performance Machine
#11
I used a vendor who sold both. According to him, the PM was a little more expensive and a little bit better. However he said I wouldn't notice the difference. I went with the HHI because they were both on back order and the HHI came in first and I didn't like the fact that PM has their initials on the caliper.
The bike stops fine and I feel no safety issues with stopping, but the 1 thing I didn't like is there is no play in the front brake lever. I use to pull my brake lever almost to the grip to stop and now I only have to pull the lever 1/8 of an inch.
If it makes sense, pulling the lever close to the grip your hand is similar to a closed fist, pulling the lever 1/8 of an inch your hand position is like a "C" I feel I had more control of the bike when I have to pull the lever farther. To fix this problem you have to change out the MC which I will do later.
