Kudo's to Zanottis!

Kudo's to Zanottis!
Today I formally ordered 11 items totaling over $1650 from Zanottis, two of those items are custom paint (costing close to $1000) and will require factory order and a few week wait at least.
I expected Zanottis to charge me in full today but instead I was notified that they will charge my card when the items ship. That's on top of the extra service I received from John there, parts look up etc, requoting two to three time etc.
Some other internet sellers told me outright that they don't have time if I dont have part numbers. (Lake Shore HD)
Maybe Zanottis did it because I am a several time repeat customer but anyway, I am glad I dealt with them and they are good people.

Their parts department is just as good in person too. I told this story in another thread too, but Zanotti's was nice enough to let me try a Sundowner Solo when I was shopping for a seat. Not many dealers in the whole country will let you try a seat without buying it first. I'm lucky enough to live 45 minutes from the dealership... only downside is that the internet prices have to be through internet sales only. Can't complain too much about that though.

I'm close to them also but I don't like the ride there so I order alot of stuff online. Last Monday I ordered 4 parts and they emailed me and said they were not in stock but they have them on order and will ship as soon as they get them in. They were on my porch when I got home from work on Thursday. Can't beat that with a stick.
