Looks like Ultimate seats has their new seats out for the 08-09 touring bikes.

They are now a 2 piece design that (IMHO) looks WAY better (much less boxy) than their 1-piece design for prev years.

For those looking for a big, cushy, memory foam seat, these would be worth a look. I tried one on my 07, and while it was not the one for me, a lot of people really like them, especially if you want cushy and not firm. 14 day return policy (undamaged) if you don't like it.
