Default New Map sent...Now what???

I was sent a new map for my PCV from Fuelmoto. I dont know what the heck to do with the file. I tried to save it under maps in the PC5 program file, but the extension wont allow it. (.djm) I have tried opening it and running it, but it never comes up in the PC5 map files. I have tried everything, so I was hoping someone here has done this and can show me the right way to do this.

I plan on riding over the weekend and wanted to try the new map. Have any of you ever installed a new map from Jamie and run into this situation, if not I will give them a shout on Monday?

Why does being stupid have to hurt so much?

You have to have the PC usb downloaded on your computer. Go to Dynojets web site, under PC usb open downloads. They have tutorials for everything you need to know. If your still not sure call the guys at Fuelmoto they'll help too. Once you do it, it's like riding a bike.

That's a PC III USB file and the wrong type for your PC-V. Contact Jamie and he'll send you the correct type.

You didn't do anything wrong and you don't need to download any other software. You just need a map file with the correct extension (.pvm).

If you need your map in PC-V format, send me an email with all of your info to jamie@fuelmotousa.com and I will get you the map as soon as I seen the info come thru.
