Default what a deal

I took a friend of mine over to Ohio to talk to the dealer where I bought my Ultra. Not only did they talk, he drove out of there with a new '09 FLHTC, black, no abs or security.....which is what he wanted, $1000 off the msrp. You never seen anyone so happy....he was smiling like the joker all the way back to Pittsburgh. Neidengard's HD, Wintersville, OH

COOL! Makes you feel good just being part of it! I hope he enjoys his 09 as much as I enjoy mine!

Great deal and looks like the weekend will be almost perfect here in ohio and pa to ride.

I got to give a big hand to the owner and staff at Neidengard's HD, Wintersville, OH He is top notch guy no question about it. And we me/dad/friends plan to ride over and say hi when weather breaks.

Here is why: Last summer my dad was on a trip and his bike broke down and just as you have it they pulled into Neidengard's HD, Wintersville, OH as the owner was locking the doors. He not only opened the doors back up but also called a mechanic back in to try to fix my dads bike turns out sator went out and they couldn't get everything they needed till the next day but the next day dad went back and got the bike. They did everything they could to get him back on the road and the repair cost was very fair actually cheaper than any local dealer next to us would have been. Some great guys over there just had to say.

Hey...that's a cool looking police bike you have there. Just teasing! I do like your center stand though. Do you have any difficulty lifting your bike with a mc jack/lift with the center stand installed? Reason I ask is because I believe the center stand mounts underneath the crossmember which is one fo the lifting points for the mc lift/jack. Please let me know your thoughts and experience on this, I'm considering adding it to my bike as well.

Dealers are dealing- if anyone pays more than your friend did, they can do better. Now is the time to buy almost anything...

All the dealers around me are offering $1000 off msrp....and that is just the starting point of the deals.

Also, it seems that dealers are also willing to trade/buy bikes amongst themselves to satisfy the demand. The exact bike I wanted wasn't in stock, but my dealer purchased the bike I was looking for from another dealer that had excess inventory. Car dealerships have been doing the same thing for a long time now.

I'll be picking up my new Road Glide next week.
