Really? I get about 8 catalogs a year from them. Which, I suppose, is one reason their prices are so high. J&P is nice, but Jireh Cycles is a lot cheaper.

 

I just called them up and had my catalog in a week, 800-397-4844. Have not ordered yet but they do seem friendly.

 

Most people here know about them. They are not mentioned very much because most shop elsewhere. Plenty of cheaper vendors out there with great service.

 

Right, I wanna pay retail. I can get 10% off from the local Indy, and no shipping charge.

 

J&P is too expensive. Also don't like the idea of having to pay a membership fee to get lower prices. But, they do carry some hard to find items that others don't.

 

Everytime I check on something with them they are too high.

 

I bought a few things from them. Their prices aren't great, shipping and service wasn't great. I tried to exchange something because it was described wrong in their catalog and another part that they shipped the wrong thing (twice). If I remember they wanted me to pay shipping and restocking fees.
Their customer service was terrible, I gave up trying. I kept what they sent and bought what I needed elsewhere.

Like someone else said,the catalogs make good reading in the out house!

 

I look thru their catolog and make my wish list and order it from someone else and always beat J&P's price by at least 10% and usually more.
