Hawg Wired Harley Media Adapter
There was a good write up on this unit in the March issue of American Bagger, but I can't find any information about it anywhere else. The part # is not even listed on the Hawg Wired website and no description anywhere.
It looks like a decent and hopefully cost effective way of adding some tunes to my Road King that can be used with the windshield or a detachable windshield, or no windshield at all.

I did write to Hawg Wired a day ago and am still waiting for a reply. Thanks for the suggestion about calling them, I'll try that later today and post whatever information I can get.
This unit looked pretty small and interesting. Looks like it will work alone, with the standard w/s or a removable fairing w/o tunes so that might be a less expensive and and all around better alternative. I'd love to have tunes on the RK and some sort of fairing, but would hate to lose the tunes when the fairing comes off.
