..do yourself a favor, store a spare "fuel door latch" there so you'll be ready when the one that came with the first lid goes south..don't ask me how I know that....

I tear off a sheet from a roll of Scott Blue Shop Towels. Fold and store. Always have one with me when I'm fueling up. I put it under the nozzle when I'm returning it to the pump so I don't get gas on the tank. And for the time that I do, it's soft enough to dab the fuel off the tank. Better than the ones at gas station.

"Scott Blue Shop Towels" Don't even try that with Vivid Black Paint..........get a small Micro Fiber towel for that.
