Default lower dash

I have taken ing switch off cannot seem to find how to get the panel that has cruise switch in it HELP!

There are 2 torx bolts (one on each side) and the ignition switch cylinder on top. I think that takes a 7/8" open end. Irregardless these are the three things that have to be removed to get the fairing cap off.

Remove the two screws, one on each side. Pull up, reach under and unplug the electrical connector. Remove panel....
