Well, finally got her wheels changed out to the 18" Blade wheels. Made a huge difference, especially on the front end.

What do you mean by a big difference on the front end?

We had bought the bike new but had negotiated switching the stock street glide wheels for the stock 09 Ultra Classic wheels. Better than the street glide wheels but still, no chrome.

Now she's got all chrome wheels, chrome calipers and new rotors. Made a huge difference on the looks of the front end! Look at earlier pic of her bike in this thread to see what they looked like before.

She broke her wrist a couple months ago.......and was finally able to ride it today...for the fist time since the new wheels have been put on.

Man, an incredable difference with the chrome wheels and chrome calipers, etc. bling, bling, bling.

Did you put an 18" on both front and rear, or 18" front and 16" back? If you did an 18" in the back too, do you know if they have a 16" for the back?

This bike belongs to my lady.....I ride the Screamin Eagle Electra Glide. It's only a couple months old but, it's taking shape.......thought I'd share some of the photos. Here's what we've done:
  • Corbin close heated custom molded seat with red double stitch in flame pattern.
  • Python slip on exhausts
  • HD Painted inner fairing.
  • Fat Bagger Painted mirrors
  • HD Painted air cleaner cover (not in the photos)
  • HD Painted leg fairings
  • HD Painted saddlebag spoilers w/run, brake, turn incorporated.
  • HD chrome front end
  • HD 2009 Ultra Classic wheels
  • HD rear crash bar
  • HD 3 pocket windshield pouch and water bottle pouch
  • HD 4 pt. docking hardware.
  • HD quick release luggage rack
  • HD adjustable fairing wing vent.
  • Windvest dark tint curved lip windshield
  • Garmin 2730 Street Pilot w/XM and satellite weather and traffic
  • Kuryakn curved license plate frame.
  • Tunetrapper hidden antenna
About to get the Arlen Ness Big Sucker, a tuner, handlebars and a few more things.......but it's just about done! LOL
I think what I like BEST is the removal of the passenger floorboards and brackets. It looks so much cleaner without them.
Great job.
Tom
