Default Has anyone tried the quiet Rinehart baffles?

I love my Rinheart's but I do not like waking the neighborhood up when I leave for work in the morning. I see that Rinehart makes a quiet baffle and am wondering if anyone has tried them. If you have how do they compare to the standard ones? Are they half as loud? Do you still get that deep sound? Does anyone have a set they want to sell? Thanks

I'm running them currently and like them. They dont cut it by half, I would say by approx 10-20%. I can hear my stereo alot better. I have seen posts about the torque dip when using true duels with the 2-1/2" baffles. I'm waiting for Zippers to get there maps for the 2006 1550, 203, S/E ac and Rineharts, I had the ecm on my 1450 and it ran pretty good.

I have them. The db reduction is not much. But it did boost the low end torque considerably.

Check your baffles you may have the performance baffles. I leave for work at 3:30am and never heard any from my neighbors. Many said my bike is quiet.

Are the quiet baffles available for the new '06 Rineharts?

I emailed 2 places and both said not yet, the end of June.

Bub released a new version of the Rinehart True Duals in April, '06. It has O2 ports, new rear bracket, larger muffler bodies, and redesigned baffles.

Not sure it is new. I have had the O2 port and rear bracket since Oct. 05 Not sure about the muffler bodies and baffles.

Yes it is new............totally different part number, new baffles and part numbers.

It is all new in about April, 06.

They had started putting out the new rear bracket before that because of the problems with the old design.
