Smile digital oil cap.

Anyone using the digital oil cap? Are the readouts correct? Looks like a good idea.

Do a search on the forum. That item is probably the most negatively reviewed accessory made by the company. Most people say it doesn't work for long or is highly inacurate.

I'd rather have a broken watch. At least the broken watch is right twice a day.

Had one that worked fine until the warrenty expired. The circit board fell apart, the parts manager said he never seen one do that before. Then said that it's out of warrenty, I said it's less than one year old, he said the warrenty was only 30 days. You would think for something that cost $140.00 it would have a better warrenty.

I got it and don't trust it one bit. It constantly tells me my oil level is too high (which it isn't) so I doubt I should trust the temperature it reads either. Now that I have 1. Installed an Oil Cooler and 2. Did Stage 1 Mods to include the PC-V, I am not going to worry about heat and may switch back to the stock level gauge. It (the Digital) looks good but.......
