The LED in the fender fascia isn't wired to the tail light/turn signals/license plate light; those are plugged into the circuit board behind the tail light lens. The LED fascia light is plugged into the tour pak harness along the left frame rail behind the saddlebag.

Your LED fascia light simply may have failed and you need a replacement. The harness is usually zip tied to the antenna cable. If the connection is good, then the LED probably failed.
