Default Chopped Tour Pak Backrest Help

I am new to the forum but hopefully someone can help. I bought this tour pak backrest off ebay. When I received it, I realized it was missing the bottom mount. So today I went to my local dealer and was told I need to purchase a whole new backrest and the parts are not available to purchase separately. I am unable to purchase a new backrest at this time and the seller is not responding to any of my emails. I would appreciate any help you can offer.

I would try another dealer. Also some import cars use rubber somewhat like the ones you have, for air box mounts and oil filter mounts. Get an L bracket some bolts and have them welded in place. The factory rubber would be best, you should be able to order it I would think.

Can't tell from the picture but looks to me as if you have all the parts. The pad only mounts with 4 thru screws. If your dealer were worth a crap, he could get any part on a Harley. I've never found a part I couldn't order.

I was told the pad bolted on with 6 screws... now I am even more confused. Does anyone have a picture of their pad or how it is mounted?

Thanks for the instructions... now I guess I am thoroughly screwed... as I need an isolator and the bracket with the 2 studs on it, and as I said my dealer said that is not possible, only comes as part of a backrest. Wow this guy on ebay saw me coming I guess.
