Default Dakota digital antenna, don't buy!!!

This hidden antenna totally blows, I only pick up 2 stations while scanning here in Phoenix where we have lots of stations. Worst 80 bucks I ever spent.

I have one in my bike. Mine works well. I noticed if I put it in a different spot in the fairing it would make a difference.

I have one of those....in my tool box. I went back to a whip antenna. I'll deal with the look of the antenna as opposed to loosing radio reception.

How are the smaller HD antenna compared to the longer whip style? I have a 09 EGC and would like to switch to the smaller antenna.

anyone have one that they would get rid of for the cost of postage? i added an aftermarket radio to my roadking and have no antenna. 2 stations would be an upgrade from what i get now, plus i don't listen to radio often (but i do occasionally).....
