Had one took it back and went to circut city at that time and bought a different pwered ant. for $50.00 that works better.

I looked into Tune Trapper too. I have heard good things about it. What stoped me was Kuryakyn claims it does not get weather band. Does yours work on weather band?

Actually, several say they've had good luck with them. I ride with a bunch of CVO owners and they all have either the Dakota Digital or Tune Trapper and they don't have issues.

Put it to the outside edge.....away from any metal.

Mine too in my RG fairing. Don't mount it on metal like on top of radio ****ty reception then.

Get Sirius satellite radio, hide the magnetic antenna in the fairing and remove the radio antenna completely. Since subscribing to sattellite radio 4 years ago, I have not tuned into an FM station even once!
