Could somebody give me some advise. I have a 05 Road King (carb) with V&H true duals and V&H classic mufflers. Will Rinehart mufflers work with the V&H headers. A friend of mine has Rinehart's true dual on his 08 Street Glide and it sounds great. My V&Hs don't sound as clean or tight I'm guessing that it's because the V&Hs have a larger diameter muffler.

 

Not to sure. I'm not sure what diameter your V&H headers are. The EFI 08 SG may be easier to fine tune. If you can spring for the bucks, you will definetly enjoy the Rineharts. I had them on my '05 ultra. I now have an '09 Ultra, and my H-D dealer Is trying to talk me into putting V&H headers and Rinehart slip-on's on. But I am hesitant....I Loved my Rinehart True Duals tooooo much.

 

They should fit just fine. The V&H slip ons bolt up the the stock pipes and so do the Rinehart's so they should both have the same size header.
