I know of two guys that went from Lace to 9 Spoke. Both are very happy with the results, they said handleing is much improved.

<I see you have a solo seat. My wife is usually riding on the back with me. I wonder if 2 <up riding would be harder on spokes???

I don't know but it would seem that spokes on a two-up bike should be checked more often.
