Default Radio Chrome Trim Removal

I bought a used 06 ultra and it has the chrome trim.
I dont like it. Trying to get it off but no luck.
Are they glued on or snap on.
I did a search and didnt find anything.

Try to slide a piece of wire under the trim ring. Grab both ends of the wire and work your way around the ring with a sawing motion.

Whatever you do, don't put a screwdriver under it and try to pry it up....it will leave marks on the inner fairing from the screwdriver As stated, heat it up real good and gently pry it up along the the edge as you go.

Spray with liquid windex so it can get behind it, and it will loosen the glue.

First, use a hair dryer, not a heat gun! Get it good and warm then slip some dental floss behind it and use it like a saw. Should come right off no problem. Clean up with rubbing alcohol.
