Ok, Thanks Dawg. I will just have to call those guys Monday and see what they can order. Surely they can order one with the blue pinstripe on it. Thanks again for the help.

If ya PM your VIN to me I can punch it in and the vehicle info should list what the scoot is with the pinstriping. For some reason the 09 painted part matrix is showing the only vivid black FLTR as having no pinstripes. I could then cross reference it to an 09 scoot with the same pinstriping.

Totally slipped my mind, the FLTR's have the decal kit and that is what you are probably referring too and not pinstriping. You will have to get the vivid black saddlebag pn# that I posted and then order that section of the decal kit out out of the 09 touring parts book.

I wanted to ask the same thing but I figured if I was ordering just one saddlebag then I've probably already had a pretty bad day.

I was backing it up in a tight spot not paying enough attention and scraped it againts the bricks on the house. Basically I'm a dumbass is what it boils down to. Bet I don't do that again!

Ouch. That hurts. Guess it was too badly scraped for a new paint job huh.

I'm just worried that they won't be able to match it. Plus, from what I understand, the Harley paint with the activator is $135/quart. I figure why not just spend $180 (buy it through Chicago HD) and not have to mess with getting it painted. Not real sure what to do.

Well there are probably people more knowledgeable about repairs than I am. But if you do replace it you could always put the damaged one on ebay and recoup some of you losses. Bound to be someone out there looking for a saddlebag bottom that they are gonna paint anyway.
