Dropped by local dealer today, Noticed an 08 FLHTCUSE3 White/Silver 6000
,miles really clean, that had just been traded in,,,Asking $33,000 Can. about
$26,500 U.S. what's the market like for them in U.S.

 

That doesn't sound bad for the SE. At least the miles are really low.

 

Saw a couple of used SE tourers from past years yesterday at Annapolis H-D and my feeling is that they hold their value pretty darn good as they get a few years on them. The person that bought the one you are looking at (and as with most bikes) seems to have suffered most of the immediate big depreciation that occurs.

Actually, I just checked their website and there are 2 Ultra SE's (06,07) and 2 Road King SE's but no prices on the web. If my memory serves me correctly I believe both Ultras were over the 08's price.

My feeling is that 26.5K for an 08 SE Ultra is a pretty good deal.

 

Considering the 09's are about $10,000 more than that us dollars doesn't look like a bad deal. and a quick search still shows a lot of the 2008 used ones in the states with mileage similar to the one your looking at and people asking anywhere from $30 to $35,000
