Default 2009 V&H Dresser Duels

Hello all,
I just installed a set of Vance and Hinds Dresser Duels on my '09 SG and wanted to share some thoughts. I was running a set of stock headers with the cat drilled out with a set of Bub 7 Slip on's and to be quite honest, I was alittle disappointed because it wasn't much louder then stock. As soon as these Duels became available I grabbed a set to see if I could wake this thing up. It definitly sounds a whole lot better, not to loud but much better then before. I was worried about the Map Jamie installed on my PC-V but it run's just as good but with only a minor decel pop at times. I'll talk to Jamie to see if there is anything I can do to rid it. Here's a pix, take care guys, springs right around the corner (Not that I have to worry about that, sorry Rich

What made you choose the dresser duals over the power duals? I would like to put one or the other on mine....

BTW! Nice taste in bikes!!

New pipes look really good puttnutt. Is the picture in post #3 the old pipes or the new pipes?

If I was looking for better performance I would have went with the power duels but I don't like the look of the collector on them, therefore I went with the dresser duals, which to me are a better looking set up.
The picture in post #3 are the dresser duels and the bub7's.......
BTW, fit and finish of the V&H's Duels are top notch, Rich

Puttnutt - great post - many thanks for the info.! Those pipes look really good. I am thinking of combining them with at set of Rush slip-ons. Can you tell me how difficult it was to install the duals.
Brent.

What did you do with your header? PM me if you want to sell it.

Thanks!

Putt
Once you talk to Jamie, let us know if he's got a tune up for the new duals. I too have a set of Rush slip-ons currently, and consider the Jackpot, AC, and PC-V for my bike. Would love the option of adding the duals too if he's got a map ready for them....

Love the pipes, want to put some on my RKC. Was wondering, do they extend past the bottom of the frame? I want to know if it will be a problem to get it on the jack with these pipes installed?
