You can always just do Cams, before doing the 103 I did just SE211 Cams on my 96" and was pushing 86HP and 97TQ. Yeah there is Setups that are Better stump Pullers but you asked about the 103 and I love my Setup and it Runs

I agree. I picked up a SE Stage I big bore kit for cheap, and am currently running with the stock cams. It's a definite improvement over stock, especially off the line. At least for now, I'm satisfied with the bike's performance.
