Not trying to spend your money, but wouldn't buy a Harley without having the securtiy and siren on it.

I finally saw a root beer bike today. Ain't my thang, I'm stayin' with the red & gold - but that's just me.

On another of my threads one of the folks said that he only gets about 5000 miles out of his rear tires! Is this typical?? I hope not!

Thanks for any info on this, I also started a new thread asking this question.

Seems like I got 7-8000 miles out of my last rear tire. 5,000 seems a little low but it definitely depends on how you ride.

I have right at 10k on my '08 Ultra and still have about 3/32 depth left on the original tire.
