Retired local r killed on '09 bagger

Condolences to friends and family.
Being an ex trooper, your friend had most likely seen more accidents that most of us. He knew first hand the danger of riding, but like us, he choose freedom and the love of riding over the risk. We all know that what would be a minor fender bender in a cage could be the end for us. We ride anyway.
May your friend rest in peace. Hopefully he is riding the highway in the sky, where it never rains, you never run out of gas, and all the cagers have to pull over and wait until you pass.

Drivers just dont give a SH_T about motorcyclists, we must ALL understand this and accept it. OUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. Why would they, they get caught and nothing happens to them. Plus the majority of us, because we ride HARLEYS are considered (percieved as) misfits by most anyway. Do you honestly think they care? "NOT" "I PRAY ALL IGNORANT CAGERS SMOKE IN HELL".
