Just wondering if the saddlebag fender brackets part #90720-79B & 90718-79B are the same as part #90720-79C & 90718-79C. Are these the same parts just updated numbers?

 

Just updated numbers. Even if they change something as simple as a supplier from which they receive a part, then they change the number with a letter beginning with A, etc.
