Default Zumo 550, XM, mp3 & BT... nope

I've been lurking the Zumo site 1/2 learning about all this. Seems there's an issue with Blue Tooth & XM. J&M has a dongle (?) that's said to make all work but the total J&M package is around $800. I think I'll stay wired, especially since BT & XM seem to be a new frontier.

So all I'm looking for is a high quality stereo headset with mic that hopefully can be interchanged with a full face and 1/2 helmet(s). Unless anyone has good things to say about theirs I thought I'd call J&M to see what they have to offer. It'll need a 1/8" stereo plug, pretty simple.

Thoughts? Tkx in advance!!

Personally speaking I can not find a reason to spend that much on a gps. The HD radio does plenty for me as far as entertainment is concerned. Don't get me wrong i wouldn't mind having one but with less than $200 invested in my garmin 2610 that does everything I want in a gps I will pass. I used mine daily for a while and now only is used very seldom. I do keep it in my tp in case I need it. $300-$400 saved will buy a lot of chrome. Using a phone while riding is asking for trouble.

Yeah, I agree about the phone. I tell my girls who feel strongly about wearing seat belts, what's the difference between not wearing the belts and using cells while driving. They have no answer . I can't be with them all the time.

I've already got the Zumo and XM. I'm just looking for a high quality stereo headset with mic (in case needed, 911 for instance, I have local police #s programed etc).

J&M has a nice speaker cushioned looking set, but it's $200+ and doesn't look like it's got the 1/8" plug though there may be an adapter, I don't know. I was hoping for something of stereo and lesser price. Shoot, Best Buy may even carry something, haven't checked. Just wondered what everyone else was using.
