Here's my 2004 FLHPI..............
Although you would not know it now, Harley exotic paint tins and some chrome. Use to be a Richmond police department bike (near Oakland, CA.)

I have a 2003. Does not look like a police model anymore. Swapped out the front and rear fenders as well as the bags from a Street Glide.

I have an FLHPI that I love. Can't think of anything that I really don't like about it.

Just for my education, how exactly are the 'police' bikes different to the others ? Is it engine capacity, suspension ? Or just the standard kit is different ?
