There's no way in blue hell I'd do that lol. Up on the jack the bike goes and as has been mentioned, there are a lot of tools available to make it an easier task. Just my two pennies mind you.

I've pulled my motor out to change the oil before, but never removed my wheels to clean them.

Thats funny..back in the day when I was riding a 750 honda,I used to pull my motor to clean it..I could have it out of the bike in 30 minutes..

Get a jack. Use soap & water & do it about once as month or every other month & they will look good.

If you take them off to pollish them everytime, you will get very good at it. Maybe you could work in the pits for a NASCAR team....sorry I couldnt resist. The center stand works great and is easy, jack it up, spin the wheels and your done!

If I can't get to it by rolling it you can't see it. just ride baby....lol
