Default Arc Audio Install on FLTR

My HK stereo went out so I ordered a mini amp from Firecap here on the forum to have the dealer install while they were in it. (He was very helpful) They called today while I'm on a business trip in Florida to say they were concerned about it moving inside the faring when going over a bump. They used velcro to place it between the glove box and HD unit. Has anyone discovered a better way to secure this?

this is the link i was trying to find in the private message....this is how i did mine ,went to the local hardware and bought a piece of 1-1/4 flatstock put it in a vice to bend a 90 in it, laid out the mounting holes and drilled ,took like 15 minutes and $5

No more than the amp weighs, I would find it hard to beleive that it would move with velcro. Ive secured amps with velcro with no problems.

As mslater said the amp can be bolted in.I did mine the same way.
Do a search for - "Arc 125.2/ks road glide install" and you see the pics.

I used the black industrial strength velcro to secure two HDI ballast boxes to the inner front bumper of my pick-up. Been there for over a year and have not moved.

Use some of that velcro and that amps not moving.....
