Consumer beware!

You need to get EVERYTHING in writing before giving them your hard earned money or signing any agreement! If they won't back up what they promise WALK!

Sounds like it is not a well maintained bike.

I don't think you're going to be happy with the bike or the dealer after this. Get your money back, find another dealer and jsut go for a new bike. You'll be happier in the long run and anything that's done or goes wrong it'll be your doing and that you can live with. I've always hated buying somebody else's problems, would rather make my own. Just my 2 cents.

Clang? Yep, they all do that. IDS? No excuse would be good enough now. Dirty? Shows they do not respect you as a customer. 25K service not done? I don't think it matters now, they don't deserve you as a customer and you should drop it off and walk.

If you're not happy with this dealer now, chances are you never will be. It will turn into a drama every time you go in there. So see if you can take the scoot back, and start over. Good luck

Doesn't sound like a very good dealer. Are there other dealers in your area? There are good dealers out there. You might want to consider dealing with some one else. My dealer cleans and polishes my bike for free EVERYTIME I have any work done. Last time they touched up a couple stone nicks on the fairing while they were cleaning it and did it on their own and no charge.

Sucks what they did, but I gotta' agree with bigjames19. If it was me I'd be trying to get my money back and find another bike elsewhere.

You questioned about leaving the bike and getting youe loot back, trust me, if you signed any paper work on buying the bike, you ain't seeing any of the green coming back. Learn from this and don't give this dealer any of your business and trash their name when you can.
