H-D just came oout with a kit to upgrade to the 07 and later cam chain
tennsenors it comes with a new cam support plate ,oil pump and bearings
it is about $430. but you would not have to worry about your cam chain

It's been said that the Harley lifters are the same as Chevy lifters, so if you buy Chevy lifters they are much more reasonable as far as price. Do a thread search and I'm sure you will find someone posting the comparable part #s.

I went with the Jim's Hydrosolid II's and really like them, but that's just my .02

I searched for the Crane chevy smallblock lifters that are supposed to be the same and couldn't find a good deal anywhere. A couple bucks less than the HD lifters was the best I could find. If you know of a place to get some on the cheap please let us know.
