I contacted the Harley corporate customer service line. They told me they logged this as a formal complaint. They stated that this will be considered as a 'black mark' against the dealership. I wasn't told if they would cover the reimbersement for the cost of the off-Harley shop. They apologized but that was about it, at least for now. They told me that they would get back to me. I am in limbo on weather or not to dump my Harley at this point. I don't know if going with another brand motorcycle is the best idea, I'm unsure. I think of the saying "the grass isn't always greener". Especially with Bikeweek coming up in less then 2 weeks. I am still taking this matter further aside from Harley itself. If you or someone you know has problems like mine with their Harley, I suggest you do the same. Thanks for the feedback.
