Need Handlebar Advice on 09 Street Glide?

Basically I'd really like to see some photos of what those HD pullback bars look like on an 09 Street Glide where they're set low enough to still use the fairing mounted mirrors.

Also, somebody mentioned to me last night that somebody is making a stem riser for the fairing mounted mirrors for Street Glides. Does anybody know who is making these?

If you check for captsam54 here on the forum, he made a set out of Arlen Ness mirrors that go above the faring mount mirrors and look awesome, looks like they were meant to go that way.
