Picked up a used Rinehart TD system cheap a while back and just got them put on. I am very happy with the way they sound and perform with the standard baffle , they are actually a little quieter than the Rush 2.00 slip on's I just took off. My ? is for those that have run both baffles , standard and quiet. Are the quiet baffles noticably quieter and by the seat of the pants do they feel like they perform better.

 

I have used both, the stock baffles were just a little too loud to hear the radio. After the baffle change it was just enough but still loud enough. I did my engine and my buddies engine exactly the same except he had the stock loud baffles and he made 95hp/103tq, I made 94/105 with the quiet baffles. Hope that helps, Mike

 

i tried the quiet baffles and did not like the sound at all, big difference. if you like the TD standard baffle the deep throaty sound when you roll on it hard then your not going like the quiet ones.
