Browsing ebay this evening and decided to look for lowers. What's the deal with the fairing caps and hardware? Seems like every add they had didn't include the caps and most didn't include the hardware. What happens to the caps? People take them off and chuck-em? Just seems strange to me.

 

A lot of those lower (and other parts) come off of wrecks.
