I agree. I just checked mine the other day. even the harley gauge doesn't have the right angle on it. you have to be careful or you will let all the air out just trying to get a reading.

I had laced on my Heritage. Love the cast rims on the SG. Wouldn't want it any other way.

WORKD4IT SWEET Who makes those? Are they the non tube type? I really like the fat spokes. For the time being I'll stick with the factory spokes. Gonna spend the extra money on go fast parts I have noticed that aftermarket spokes seem to be cheaper than aftermarket wheels. That's always a good thing.

Thanks man... they are tubeless and its a DNA 52 spoke fatty mammoth wheel. I just think spokes are more traditional looking. Ride safe Brother...

Workd4it,

How's the weight of those hot looking wire rims? Are they heavier than stock? Your ride looks great!

The biggest trick is replacing the Harley Brake pads with Lyndall Brake pads. Brake dust is the biggest problem and the Lyndall pads have almost no dust.

Other than that, I have spoke brush I got from Walmart for about $5. I soap the the spokes and rims, wipe them over with the brush and rinse. Takes about three minutes per wheel and the wheels look new. I like to use a spotless rinse so I don't have to wipe the spots off. Either a carwash or Mr.s Cleans spotless rinse works really well. Mr. Clean is a just for black paint also.
