It’s the price you are going to have to pay for a clean install and hassle free operation. Or you can add one more thing to the clutter (GPS, cup holder, cell phone mount, etc).
I agree, if I wanted to look like I was going down the road with everything hanging off the bars I would have bought a gold wing.
