wow i was looking to order a 6 way setup next week off edevil better what to see whats new

 

My speakers arrived yesterday. I did notice that the speakers are rated at 50 watts. The picture of the speakers on their web page is 45 watt. This is about a 10% difference. If what you are saying is true and the new speakers will be 20 % better, then what is up with the speakers I installed last night?

 

Maybe their figuring 10 percent on each speaker = 20 pecent

 

I just spoke to Lori (Pez is away until Tuesday) I DID get the new speakers, which will be released this weekend. I hated the thought of getting the older style but I should have known Pez wouldn't have done that. Each speaker was increased by 10% thus 10% + 10% = 20% improvement.

Just have to put the fairing cover back on. Hope it goes on as easy as it came off.

 

It may be that a 10% wattage increase is equal to a 20% increase in volume. I'm not amp, but there may not be a direct correlation.

 

Would somebody PM me with the forum discount on a set of front speakers? flhrbill?

That's great news on the new model. I wish that motorcycle show was open to the public. Retailers and manufacturers only.
