My brother-in-law details cars and trucks on the side. He charges $100-125 per vehicle, and he cleans them top to bottom, including washing the carpets, detailing and waxing the wheels, cleaning inside the windows, etc. He clays the outside painted surfaces, and then applies 2-3 coats of a really good polish (like Zaino). He's a fanatic about his own vehicles, and we often buy someone a gift certificate for a detailing from him, and the recipient's of this gift are always thrilled with the job he does.
Would I pay to have my bike detailed in a similar manner - yes, but I'd have to either know the person personally or get a really good recommendation from a trusted friend. Good luck with your venture - I think there's money to made doing this (I told my brother-in-law that if he ever wanted to tackle bikes I could line up a lot of guys that would be willing to pay!).
