Default Nice work!

Looks good.

I've got my eye on a take off from a FLHX - already vivid black too!

We'll see if I want to drop the $ for it though...

Did you do the install yourself?

What was involved in installing it on your RG? I've got an 08 RG, and am pretty close to pulling the trigger on a take-off SG fascia.

Am I asking for trouble, or is it an easy install??

Its a easy take off. 3 bolts/studs on each side. Place facia on fender mark for holes and drill 3 on each side. to install the running light from the SG, tap the running light and ground wire from the tail light and your done.

My black FLHX 08 facia is on ebay now. Sorry, I didn't know you need one.

It's very simple to do. Here's a link with the information:

https://www.hdforums.com/forum/touri...with-tips.html

You can buy new parts for about $140 from Zanotti's HD, Chicago HD, etc.; at least you could as of about 6 months ago.

Nice job on the '09 (but please use a digital camera; it's hard to see any detail of the Kury kit).

Sorry, I took some pretty ****ty pictures at the dealership. From the side view you don't see much, I'll try to get some other shots posted, but the clarity sucks.
