I have this same build. You must run that thing on the dyno to get a proper tune. I beleave that you have the wrong exhaust as well. I had problems with my tune with dules. That build moves mass air and it must flow. I had to go with a 2into1 Borzilla made by D&D. That made things work well. I now get 117 hp and torque.

 

I talked to the Gen Manager at my local HD and he said I could bring it in for the Dyno @ 500 miles.

Has anyone found the answer to this issue? I also have a SE113 doing the same thing. It has been on two seperate dynos and both companies feel there is something else wrong.

 

Sounds like the job for one of the auto tune options out there ?

 

Is it just me? People are not having goodluck with this kit.
