yes you can. you can run any tubless tire with a tube, but not the other way around. and tube-only tires are getting to be a scarce item.

 

They're especially a PITA when you puncture them on the road 300 miles from civilization, as you can't patch them without removing the tire. That's loads of fun on the side of the road, although it can be done by the most daring of riders. I don't know how well Green Slime or the other tire-goo repair kits work on tubed tires.

The spokes also need adjusting from time to time, although I haven't had spoke rims in decades and don't know if modern wheels are improved.
