Question

question regarding "screamin eagle super tuner"? how do I verify a tuner is pre-EPA regulations? I have a chance to purchase one that was produced early 2017. on the packaging it says EPA compliant. Is this the "good" tuner or not? please advise.

count me in currently riding a16 velocity red sunglo all stock except rush big louies and la chopper 10" in bagger bars I've put 39,000 miles on it . had a 14 big blue pearl ,I miss that big blue pearl... sorry no pics
