I'd take the money and run.........

Rule of thumb: if you were to sell that bike (before it was stolen), noone would really care what you put into it, they start at the purchase price, then maybe give you 1/4 of what "they" think of the add-ons...........

And, I thought, when you purchase insurance, your policy states how much accesaries you've added, and they charge you accordingly???? If you stated to the ins. comapany and preminum reflexs $35K worth, then yes.....hold out for what you are owned.......
If you weren't insured for $35K, take the money and run ~~~~~~~~

Take it and run man. No way that scoot was worth 27.5k even with 30k in extras, it just doesn't work that way. And this time don't put so much into the new RG cause you'll never see it back. Accessories lose 50% the day they are installed. (labor is NOT covered)

Thats the reason to make sure you have FULL REPLACEMENT on all parts with of the bike. It costs extra, but the peice of mind is totally worth it if you do alot to the bike.

Take the offer...

I would say take their offer... I know it doesnt sound right, but look how long it has taken them to give you that offer? Thats crazy, you have missed months of riding, take the deal and run straight to the dealer and buy the SERG, what a great bike that will be for you!

Good luck!

That is a good deal take it. i just talked to my Insurance company and asked them about mine and they told me that I would get the price of a 2009 Ultra and then I asked about the extras and they told me that I would max out at 6000. Take it and run.
